Key Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to design and implement complex Workday configurations to meet business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization.
• Knowledge of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to ensure system compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Administrator with a strong background in Core HCM, Security, HR BP design and configuration, Time and Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management.

Skill Required:

• Administer and manage the Workday HCM suite, including Core HCM, Security, Time and Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• Design, configure, and maintain HR Business Processes (HR BP) in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.
• Implement and maintain Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations that support business goals.
• Create various reports using standard, custom reports, Birt, Workday Docs.
• Excellent understanding of EIBs with hands-on experience using inbound and outbound EIBs.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and configurations.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of Workday issues, providing support to end-users and maintaining a high level of system availability.
• Stay abreast of new Workday features and updates, assessing their impact on current configurations and leveraging them to improve HR operations.
• Facilitate the training of HR staff and end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and execution of Workday system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Workday HCM certification is required.
