Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Strong Database Experience with strong knowledge of writing complex SQL scripts.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in design reviews, development, and code reviews.
- Align with the direction and information provided by the Management, Technology, and Business Counterparts to drive and deliver robust and usable solutions to meet functional requirements.
- Create documentation and procedures for development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Deliver all assigned responsibilities in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
- Experience building REST-based web services & web applications using Java and Spring Framework
- Experience with writing asynchronous workflows and familiarity with BPMN frameworks are desirable.
- Experience with a modern front-end SPA framework like Angular or React
- Build Microservices
- Good understanding and technical expertise in Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
Skill Required:
- In-depth knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework (e.g. React, Redux Vue, or Angular )
- Strong Java development skills
- Strong understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and CSS-based design
- Production experience with continuous integration and delivery (CICD) using tools such as AWS, azure, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
- Develop efficient and high-quality code while meeting product release deadlines.
- Translate architectural vision into the design and delivery of a functioning system.
- Ensure adherence to architectural and design standards.
- Assist leads in preparing time estimates for projects and software design plans.
- Write good technical design documentation and technical approach.
- Design all test cases to provide support to all systems and perform unit tests.
- Perform peer code reviews: verify extensibility, reusability, and maintainability.
- Individuals must be proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple project tasks.
- Production Support & Maintenance activities:
- Respond quickly to support issues and follow up till resolution.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and provide quick resolution to production problems.
- Follow up and provide timely reporting on issues to management.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
