Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced ServiceNow ITSM solutions to improve service management processes, including hands-on experience on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and other ITSM modules.
- Experience in handling Security, User Management, UI Policies, and Data Policy.
- Develop custom applications within ServiceNow to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Led the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and business applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Expertise on creation of workflows for Service Catalog items in Service-Now, Request Workflow Designs.
- Experience in production support for all the ServiceNow-related issues.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure stability and high-quality deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, development processes, and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior developers and support teams to enhance their ServiceNow capabilities.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices; recommend and implement improvements to existing implementations.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Skill Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a proven track record of successful ITSM deployments.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and capabilities.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using web services (REST, SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
