We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.

- Thorough understanding of Billing and invoicing processes.
- Willingness to learn new things / concepts and innovation.
Skill Required:
- 3+ years as a salesforce admin doing configuration, flows, lightning, sales cloud setup.
- 3+ years creating process flow diagrams, interacting with business.
- Salesforce certified Admin & Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Nice to have – CPQ & billing experience.
- 3 years of client-facing product support or managed services experience.
- Prior experience as Salesforce Admin with Salesforce Admin Certification
- 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on cross-cloud solutions.
- Experience with balance migrations.
- Reconciliation and root cause analysis of differences between source and migrated data, manage execution plan. Coordinate resources “Mock Run” execution.
- Perform reconciliations.
- SAFe Agile experience
- Must have – CPQ & billing experience.
- Reconciliation and root cause analysis of differences between source and migrated data
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning, Cloud Computing, SAFE, Salesforce development and CPQ.
- Provide ongoing support request, troubleshoot and solutions, to business in SFDC related tasks and issues.
- Maintain and configure Salesforce objects, such as users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasting, sharing rules or custom objects.
- Monitoring data quality and integrity through reports and dashboards
- Update bulk data by using Data Import Wizard, Data Loader, or Workbench.
- Providing ongoing support to different Salesforce modules, apps or third-party apps
- Assist in workarounds, repeatable operations and SOX compliance active.
- Editing and writing simple SOQL Queries
- Work experience in MS Office suite applications like Teams, PowerApps, PowerPoint etc.
- Telecommunications work experience will be an add-on.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
